Catherine has been working in the Business Intelligence industry for over a decade. She first entered the industry with one of the leading global investigations and intelligence companies, working as an analyst, case manager and operations director. After setting up Vokal Insights, Catherine has worked for many of the UK's business intelligence companies as well as leading legal and financial institutions. She provides consultancy advice for complex cases, contracting services for ongoing projects, as well as highly sought-after training courses for the industry.

Catherine graduated in modern languages (Russian, Spanish & Ukrainian) from the University of Cambridge, and holds a Masters degree from the School of Slavonic & Eastern European Studies at University College London.
